In the second decade of the twentieth-century hatha yoga was strongly developed especially in India. Now a number of schools and styles to practice hatha yoga exist in the world.

That is why elastic material is the best choice while selecting perfect yoga clothing. The element of sweat must also be kept in mind. Regarding the shoes, rubber sole should be preferred.
